About the role 🚀

Location: Paris

Job Overview:

Within Operation and Maintenance team, in charge of operating both EV charging and Solar equipment networks, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Field Operation team. Your tasks will be the following :

· Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and supervise a growing team of 4 Field Operations Engineers based at DRIVECO’s Paris HQ and regional offices.
  • Ensure employee safety and strict compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Organize and prioritize team activities in alignment with contractual obligations and strategic goals.
  • Continuously improve workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce intervention times.
  • Monitor the quality of diagnostics and repairs, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

· Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the commissioning process by verifying equipment functionality and taking over from the Deployment team.
  • Develop and manage the preventive maintenance plan, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and initiate appropriate corrective maintenance actions.
  • Coordinate curative maintenance operations with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide remote technical support to field technicians during on-site interventions.
  • Manage relationships with service providers (manufacturers, maintenance contractors, etc.) to minimize resolution times.
  • Analyze recurring failures and manage warranty claims with suppliers.
  • Identify and implement technical solutions to improve the reliability and performance of the DRIVECO network.
  • Optimize the technical and economic performance of the infrastructure.

· Support for New Project Deployment

  •  Contribute to the development of a tiered maintenance offer with differentiated service levels (SLAs).
  • Deploy new tools (including CMMS) to enable precise management of interventions based on contractual requirements.
  • Establish detailed reporting on intervention times by contract type.
  • Propose and oversee improvements to the supervision and monitoring tools.

Preferred Experience

👩‍💻 Hard Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years with management responsibility
  • Strong leadership to motivate and support your team towards performance
  • Fluent in English. Mastering Spanish or Italian is a plus
  • Experience in maintenance, and ideally a first experience in the charging infrastucture or Solar sector
  • Experience with consumer electromechanical products and/or electrical infrastructure and versatile technical knowledge: electronics, IT, electrical and mechanical
