The Business Developer/Investment Analyst leads the process of evaluating, structuring and actively assist the process of negotiating transactions in response to tenders or standalone opportunities from potential clients or existing customers (real estate companies, hotel or restaurant chains, retailers, parking lot managers, etc). The BD primary objective is to act as the project manager of the team that is in charge of producing a competitive offer and close the transaction.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Business Development, BDs work closely with the Sales team to develop compelling and competitive offers that meet clients’ or partners’ requirements as well as DRIVECO’s investment and margin policies.

Key Responsibilities

-        Opportunity Evaluation: coordinate the evaluation of opportunities (traffic, technical, financial, legal).  Review and challenge the evaluation of the various stakeholders.

-        Deal Structuring: leads the preparation and structuring of the offers. Collaborate with (i) the Partnership & Account Developer (PAD) and the Structure Finance manager (SFM) to develop a strategic and competitive approach for each offers and (ii) the Sales Engineer (SE) to ensure the technical solution is appropriate (sizing and layout of the station). Ensure the deal is compliant with DRIVECO’s investment and margin policies, addresses client needs, and showcases the company’s capabilities and value proposition.

-        Negotiation and Closing: actively assist deal negotiations and coordinate deal closing with the PAD and the Legal team. Act as a point of contact for offers-related inquiries and clarifications. Participate in offers clarification meetings, showcasing the company’s capabilities, value proposition and addressing client concerns.

-        Contractualization: actively assist contracts drafting and collaborate with the Legal team to facilitate contract reviews, approvals, and finalization.

-        Project Handover: transfer deals won to Project Delivery teams.

Profil recherché

-        At least 3 years of experience

-        Strong sensitivity to environmental issues and convinced by electric mobility

-        Strong leadership and ability to challenge operational staff

-        Strong capacity for organization, analysis and synthesis in a complex, fast-growing environment

-        Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including the client (customer relation skills)

-        Fluid, clear and transparent communication – Is fluent in both oral and written English
