  • Your mission is to make the product understandable, valuable, and sellable across the company — turning product complexity into business velocity and user adoption. You are the go-to person for everything related to how your product domain works, why it matters, and how it should be activated — for internal teams (Sales, CS, Support, Product) and for end users.

  • You are responsible for all functional and business knowledge within your product domain, including SaaS applications, key integrations (Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), APIs
  • Missions :

  • Documentation & Knowledge :
  • Maintain a structured, up-to-date knowledge base as the single source of truth
  • Create and update product documentation (features, workflows, integrations, APIs)
  • Ensure consistency across internal documentation, customer-facing content, and training materials
  • Define and uphold documentation quality standards
  • Business Enablement:

  • Translate product features into business-value messaging
  • Produce enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, guides)
  • Provide the foundation for training Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Train teams on priority topics
  • Continuous Improvement :

  • Identify recurring friction points from support, sales, or product usage
  • Propose and implement improvements in content, guidance, or processes
  • Automate repetitive tasks related to enablement content production
  • Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Documentation, or Customer Education
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, CS, and Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong structured and analytical thinking
  • What we offer :

  • Join a fast-growing company in a friendly, international environment (offices in France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Germany, USA, Mexico, Dubai...);
  • Our "Remote Policy" guarantees that you can find the right balance between "Onsite" and "Remote";
  •  Last but not least, all the day-to-day benefits of the CSE, luncheon vouchers, profit sharing bonuses, weekly sport session organized by TrainMe, etc…
