We develop a SaaS platform that helps companies get in compliance with data privacy regulations like the GDPR or CCPA.

Didomi allows organizations to place customer choice at the core of their strategy. By allowing consumers to easily specify their privacy and preference choices, companies benefit from consent-based customer data to comply with global data privacy laws, drive higher customer engagement and increase consumer trust.

Consumers are free to declare what data to share, with whom, and how they prefer to stay connected with their favorite brands.

We help data privacy experts (CIOs, Data Protection Officers, Legal & Compliance officers) in their daily tasks regarding privacy management. We have hundreds of clients in 25+ countries and manage consents for millions of users every month. We work with leading brands like TF1, Deezer, Orange, Le Bon Coin, Harrods, l'Equipe, France TV…

Our solutions include a Consent Management Platform (CMP) for collecting, sharing, and managing user consent and a highly popular Preference Management Platform (PMP), where consumers can share consent-based, zero-party data with brands for a more transparent, efficient and trusting relationship.

In 2022, Didomi acquired privacy tech start-up Agnostik to strengthen our compliance offering, in controlling and optimizing their value chain based on the use of consent. By integrating Agnostik’s automated compliance and monitoring solutions into our platform, we help our clients reach the highest levels of privacy certification. Agnostik's product allows publishers and marketers to automatically monitor their websites and detect specific compliance gaps.

We have raised $40M to date in a Series B round of funding. Our main office is in Paris, however our employees have total autonomy to work from anywhere fully remotely.

We are looking for a motivated and driven CRM & Outbound Growth Manager to help us structure the emailing function. You’ll bring our CRM/PRM and outbound sequences to the next level and make Didomi stand out as the leading player in the consent & preference management industry.

Our prospect/contact database is ±60k lines strong, and we're convinced that many growth pockets can be found and activated with the right approach and messaging. We will be able to leverage it better, thanks to you.

You’ll report directly to our Senior Paid Media Manager Jean-Christophe Mauss and will work closely with the Acquisition & Data Team.

Your responsibilities, in a nutshell: 

-Leveraging the CRM (customers contact database), PRM (inbound leads database) and sales outbound cadences (contacts not yet in CRM)

-Structure and own emails operations & strategy while involving and collaborating with the key stakeholders (Customer Success & Customer/Partner marketing team / Sales)

1.CRM: initiate or help up-sell and cross-sell thanks to product data sync & automation. Automatically flag and discourage downsell and

churn

2.PRM: generate demand in our opt-in lead database

3.Outbound: execute outbound prospecting sequences via email or LinkedIn to help the sales team to open new opportunities 

-Manage the creation and execution of email campaigns by:

1.Identifying growth pockets based on audience typologies, company size, industry, legal news… etc

2.Build an audience prioritization framework and create the lists accordingly

3.Select the right value proposition for each audience and provide copywriting/creative guidelines for the emails (and designs) that will need to be produced

4.Energize and challenge the email copywriting processes

5.Analyze global performances and report on the programs and their impacts on business metrics

What your job won’t be:

  • Handling all the requests that you’ll receive.
  • You’ll need to prioritize the projects you work on.
  • Spoiler Alert: You’ll have to say “No”You won’t be the one creating new objects, properties, and complex workflows in the CRM. 
  • You won’t spend days importing/uploading contacts or company lists in the CRM. 
  • You won’t be the one designing and structuring the emails in the back office.
  • You won’t be the one writing the emails (except for specific cases), though you’ll need to brief the Content team and help them all along the way.
  • We work together as a team. Positive and agile collaboration is key at Didomi. The Ops & the rest of the team will be there for you and you for them!

    Background:

  • 2 years of B2B performance marketing experience as a CRM/PRM Manager, Growth Outbound or similar role ideally within a fast-paced company, agency or high growth startup
  • Position where you had to help generate revenue, report on business metrics and not only on in-platform performance
  • Expertise with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, outbound sequences & deliverability
  • A good understanding of the concept of persona, jobs to be done and message accuracy that will resonate with your audience
  • Technical Skills:

  • Analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from digital data
  • Experience with HubSpot Email, Mailchimp or similar applications
  • Experience with tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Integromat, PhantomBuster (or equivalent)
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus because you’ll need to challenge three copywriting teams
