About Didask

Didask is a SaaS e-learning solution that enables all organizations to quickly create, deliver, and administer truly effective online training. It is the first platform on the market to develop an AI based on cognitive science.

Our GenAI is specifically designed to address the unique challenges of learning and training, ensuring innovative and scientifically grounded results.

Developed by Didask researchers, it assists:

  • trainers in designing their courses by automatically transforming their expert content into interactive and didactic eLearning;

  • learners by personalizing the experience for each individual, providing tailored feedback and coaching throughout their learning journey.

As a French EdTech company, Didask was founded by researchers from the prestigious École Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Paris, driven by a passion for education and pedagogy. Since late 2021, we have been supported by a European investment fund that drives our growth and ambitious development projects.

Job description

As a Solutions Architect at Didask, you will bridge the gap between our customers' complex learning needs and our product capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our most strategic clients achieve maximum value from our platform, while bringing valuable insights back to shape our product roadmap.

Working at the intersection of product expertise, technical knowledge, and customer success, you'll have a wide scope of ownership:

Client Solutions Design

  • Work directly with strategic clients to understand their unique learning challenges and business needs

  • Design creative solutions using our platform's existing capabilities, suggesting workarounds and novel approaches

  • Develop detailed implementation plans and guide clients through successful adoption

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure long-term client satisfaction and value realization

Product Evolution

  • Identify recurring patterns in client needs that should influence our product roadmap

  • Advocate for high-impact product enhancements based on real customer use cases

  • Partner with Product Managers to refine feature specifications that address complex client needs

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions

Knowledge Leadership

  • Develop and maintain deep cross-functional knowledge of our platform's capabilities and cognitive science foundations

  • Create documentation, guides, and internal resources to share specialized product knowledge

  • Educate internal teams on advanced use cases and solution patterns

  • Stay current with industry trends in learning technology and instructional design

Business Impact

  • Contribute directly to customer retention and expansion by solving complex client challenges

  • Participate in sales cycles for strategic opportunities where technical solution design is critical

  • Support our growth objectives by enabling successful implementations of our platform at enterprise scale

  • Help position Didask as a thought leader in effective learning solutions

Your profile

We're looking for someone who combines deep product expertise, strong technical understanding, and exceptional customer-facing skills. Here's what we expect:

Product Expertise

  • Profound understanding of learning platforms or similar SaaS products

  • Ability to quickly master all aspects of our platform and envision creative applications

  • Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions

  • Knowledge of learning design principles and instructional methodologies

Technical Foundation

  • Strong technical background with ability to understand our platform's architecture and capabilities

  • Familiarity with API integrations, data structures, and system configuration

  • Comfort with technical documentation and solution specifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Communication Excellence

  • Outstanding written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent presentation and demo abilities to convey complex solutions clearly

  • Capacity to translate between customer business language and technical concepts

  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations
