At Diabolocom, diversity and inclusion are in our DNA. All qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment without regard to color, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national or social origin, opinion disability, age.

First things first: what is this role about?

A UX Designer revolves around creating and enhancing user interactions within our solution. You will have to research, analyse, and design principles to understand user needs and preferences, crafting intuitive and seamless experiences. You will have the chance to collaborate with different teams, including Product, Developers and Marketing, to design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. You will also conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to continually improve the overall user experience and meet business goals.

Your missions:

You must understand how the solution is working to be able to organize and structure the design system.

You will have to work with the Product and Customer facing teams to understand user needs and behaviors. You may interact quite often with customers directly as well.

Working closely with the Product team, you will be in charge of creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

You are responsible of putting in place UX and UI testing and improve user flows in general.

You show off the following skills:

You need to know how to use Figma in an advanced way.

You need to have at least 5 years of experience in Product UX design.

Your autonomy, your rigor and your acute sense of organization will quickly lead you to many responsibilities.

We expect you to have already worked massively on putting in place design systems (possibly from scratch), not only UI kits.

Your experience in accessibility (visual and motor) has already been proved.

We expect a previous experience in a company having a complex solution and it would preferable if you are able to share a portfolio (Behance, Dribbble for example).

In conclusion, we are looking for a person with a team spirit and a little bit of madness, adapting easily and who is especially eager to learn!

Wait a second! Life’s a two-way road!

First, here are some of the things our team members enjoy, including:

Autonomy and responsibility on every part of the creative work

Being part of a team where everyone has a voice and can have an impact

Being able to work on lots of different features within a complex solution and adapt the design system to be as close to the end-users as possible

Here is a list of what you’ll enjoy at Diabolocom:

You’ll have a three-week onboarding to get to know our product, our teams and our culture!

You’ll have the chance to work in a multicultural environment

You’ll have first choice IT equipment

Our office is based right in the heart of Paris, 100 meters from the Opera Garnier!

Team building events : Athens, Meribel, Ibiza, Porquerolles, Corsica… what’s next?

Be part of a company at a key moment of its growth, with lots of opportunities

You’ll be lucky to join a team that is big enough to thrive but also small enough to actually have an impact on the success of the organisation!

Does this opportunity appeal to you?

Let’s talk! We are curious people and can’t wait to meet you!

Are you interested in this opportunity? Then let’s talk about it!

We look forward to hearing from you!
