About you:

Diabolocom is looking for talented programmers to join its AI department. Join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our AI-based systems !

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to design and develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces for our solutions, and make our backends come alive in a fast and beautiful way. Our projects predominantly focus on Contact Center as a Service use cases, centred on text and speech data, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and speech processing, with AI applications.

At Diabolocom, you will:

- Co-architect new frontend interfaces to contribute to the evolution of our products

- Creating dynamic user interfaces for managing real-time operations

- Improving our frontend architecture with a focus on performance, automation, and auditing

- Making the frontend modular as it will be integrated in the current solution but also embeddable for standalone usage

- Implementing and maintaining frontend testing and TDD practices

- Work hand in hand on a daily basis with the AI Operations team to run the frontend integrations of our backend components in PoCs, components and customer-facing products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, backend engineers, AI Engineers to deliver high quality frontend solutions

- Stay interested in the evolution of standards to advise and propose upgrade plans

Your developments will contribute to the creation and the optimization of different innovative CCaaS tools & processes !

What we are looking for:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in frontend development

-You master TailwindCSS, NuxtJS, ViteJS, and the standard JS frontend developer ecosystem

- You master unit and functional tests strategies and implementations

- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

- You are autonomous and able to tackle problems by yourself

- Having good knowledge in UI is a plus

- You are curious, always a source of proposals

- You are on the lookout for new technologies and are always ready to learn new things

- You have excellent interpersonal skills
