The team

  • HugoL (CEO): Graduated from Polytechnique, 6+ years in construction as a Project Manager and business owner, 2 years at BCG. I’ve lived the problems we’re solving, and I’m determined to simplify the daily lives of construction professionals.

  • VictorB (CTPO): Graduated from Polytechnique, 7+ years creating digital products across companies of all sizes and sectors.

  • Tech team :

    • 3 software engineers with ****Jérémie, VictorM and Camille and Maurane as freelance product designer

    • Our stack : React (Vite + TypeScript) and Fastify (TypeScript)

  • Elvire as Founder associate who takes care about sales, ops and strategy

We plan to be around ~10 people in the tech team by the end of the year.

What you’ll do

Build products with tangible real-world impact, in a very early-stage startup, which means taking real ownership on product decisions.

  • Product Design: Translate business workflows into technical solutions and prioritize pragmatically to quickly ship value to our users.

  • Architecture Design: Evolve existing services effectively while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and maintainability.

    • Ensure robust database design and evolution.

    • Implement smooth UX flows while maintaining our design system’s consistency.

  • End-to-End Development: Own features from design to deployment and post-deployment monitoring.

  1. [Remote] Screening call (30 min) – a first discussion with Charles or Pierre, our Talent Acquisition Partners.

  2. [Remote/On-site] CTO Interview (45 min): A discussion with Victor our CTPO, your future manager

  3. [On-site] Technical Interview (2h) withJérémie or Victor.:

    • Designing a pragmatic and scalable architecture.

    • Shipping features in React through collaborative pair programming

  4. [On-site] Final interview (30 min): A chat with Hugo our CEO
