New Partner Experience Advisor- Italian Speaking (Italian Market) - Manchester based.
The Role
As a New Partner Experience Advisor , you will provide telephone support to our newly signed partners within their first 2 months of being on the Deliveroo platform. You will be the link between the restaurants and Deliveroo. An agent's role is to ensure the partner is competent with the tools provided, ensuring they are building for success. You will encourage our partners in creating adverts and making their menu stand out on our platform. You will report to the NPX Team Lead and once passing probation, you will be offered hybrid working.
The base salary is £26,600, plus a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
The start date for this role is 30th June 2025.
What You'll Do
● Work cross-functionally within our Manchester Team which consists of Sales and Account managers to ensure our partners have a smooth journey with Deliveroo
● Lead the relationship with newly signed restaurants ensuring they have a successful start on the platform and collaboratively work to drive achievement of main operational metrics and KPIs
● Your key objective is to build a continued relationship with our partners so they remain engaged with us and build trust
● You will be their contact for any issues within the first 2 months
● Handle outbound calls in a timely manner, adhering to daily targets.
● Keep up to date with the relevant administrative tasks for each partner you manage, ensuring compliance to relevant task priorities and completion rates.
● Ensure partners are educated on maximising their new account on the platform, resulting in consistent order takings throughout their journey with Deliveroo
● Make sure restaurants are comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership
● Act as the liaison between restaurant and photography team
● Comply with quality standards and requirements on all outbound calls
Requirements
● Fluent or Native Italian and English.
●Strong phone presence with excellent communication and listening skills
● The confidence to make regular outbound call
● IT literate (including a range of Microsoft software. Salesforce knowledge desirable)
● Organisational skills and attention to detail
● Experience in account management, sales or customer service desirable
● Work to demanding targets
● Emotional intelligence and empathy
● Get up and go attitude
