  • Build and scale core infrastructure to empower large language models (LLMs) to automate real-world business problems — from data ingestion to inference orchestration.

  • Own the infrastructure stack that powers connected IoT devices, with a relentless focus on uptime, observability, and resilience.

  • Design and implement reliable systems across networking, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Write high-performance, maintainable code that improves system reliability and scales with the product.

  • Automate everything — leverage modern tooling and AI to eliminate manual ops and accelerate development workflows.

  • Take full ownership of infra initiatives, from understanding business and product needs to delivering scalable, secure systems in production.

  • Move fast without compromising reliability, maintaining a culture of technical excellence and operational rigor.

  • Collaborate deeply with product, AI, and hardware teams to ensure infrastructure directly enables product innovation and customer value.

  • Stay curious and flexible, exploring new architectures, protocols, and tools as our stack and challenges evolve.


Profil recherché

  • You have experience building and shipping production software, with a focus on backend problems at scale and distributed infrastructure.

  • Experience with data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, etc.

  • You take ownership of problems end to end, and have comfortability across the stack.

  • You care about code quality, maintainability, and performance.

  • You are comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies as needed.

  • You are excited about leveraging AI for automation and smarter product development.

  • You thrive in environments that value speed, autonomy, and impact.


Déroulement des entretiens

2️⃣ Lunch with the Team – A casual opportunity to meet the team, get a sense of our culture, and ask any questions.

3️⃣ Interviews with the Founders – Two conversations with our co-founders to dive deeper into your experience, approach, and alignment with our vision.

4️⃣ Take home assessment - A series of exercises around use-cases we have at DejaBlue, with a 20-min presentation to show your results.

5️⃣ Reference Checks – We’ll connect with your references to validate your experience and fit.

6️⃣ Offer – If everything aligns, we’ll be excited to welcome you to the team!
