The role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Campaigns Apprentice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop tailored CRM campaigns to support engagement initiatives, making a tangible impact on our business’s goals. You’ll drive end-to-end processes to deliver innovative, personalised communications across all channels, with a high focus on testing & optimization.
You will have the chance of working closely with various departments within our organisation, including Marketing, Content, Artist Relations, Data and Copywriting/Graphic Design.
What you will do
Ideate and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement, leveraging music content. Own the development of these campaigns from end-to-end, including QAing to ensure an optimal delivery.
Work closely with different teams across the organisation, to ensure the successful execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with company objectives.
Be data-driven: Implement test and learn strategies to continuously improve campaigns' performance.
Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organisation.
Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix.
This role is excellent for a person with:
Genuine enthusiasm for customers, a data-driven approach, and a creative mindset, with experience in project management.
A real team player spirit, someone who enjoys working within an international team.
Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze).
Working proficiency in English.
Passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry is a plus.
