Join us as our R&D Lead Dev at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, ideally in Strasbourg, France, to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
As the R&D Lead Dev, you will supervise a software development team in charge of the development of InVitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. These Information Systems extends across the entire diagnostic result generation chain, facilitating seamless processes from patient admission or diagnostic request, through sample verification and distribution, to result reporting for laboratories and clinical professionals alike.
Drive a team of 4 to 6 developers based in Strasbourg, following SCRUM agile methods.
Supervise the work of the team or teams according to the operational organization
Develop the InVitro solution using Agile methods, with the help of development teams and testers.
Stay in close contact with R&D Managers and Product Owners to synchronize multi-market development plans by avoiding conflicts or architecture breaks
Participate actively in the code review process
Co-animate teams meetings, be a force of proposal for the continuous improvement of the service, its processes and its tools

Experienced software developer with a successful experience as lead
You know how to plan, organize and coordinate development activities
Mastery of web development tools (PHP, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL, Bash on linux server). Framework: Laravel, Symfony or equivalent
You are recognized for your communication skills, your teaching skills and your leadership
Fluent in French and Good level in English
Desirable Requirements
Putting agile methods into practice: SCRUM / Kanban
Experience in the use of remote maintenance tools: SSH, WinSCP, Web browser
