Au sein de notre équipe, tu auras la possibilité d'assumer des responsabilités et de saisir des opportunités intéressantes pour ton parcours chez Decathlon.Tu évolueras au sein de l'équipe VAT & Tax Technology et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Corporate Tax, l'Organisation Financière Internationale, la Direction Comptable Groupe et les équipes techniques.

Le projet de l'équipe est centré sur des sujets comme la conformité (compliance), la qualité des données et l'amélioration des flux et outils liés à la fiscalité. L'objectif étant de maîtriser le processus de la taxe de bout en bout ("end-to-end").

Tes responsabilités en tant que Spécialiste Système Finance (Finance System Specialist) pourront inclure les tâches suivantes :

1.  Accompagnement Projets et Support Opérationnel

• Accompagnement et suivi des projets ( animation fonctionnelle)

• Rédaction des spécifications et création des JIRAs (tickets) pour les nouvelles demandes.

• Animation des outils sources en cas de flux non intégrés.

• Collaboration quotidienne avec le Chef de Projet (PM) pour la maintenance des outils.

2. Référentiel Fiscal et Reporting

• Maintenance du référentiel fiscal et des outils de reporting.

• Support et suivi des tickets pour assurer la mise à jour du référentiel fiscal.

• Accompagnement du développement des reportings et extractions fiscales.

• Mise à jour des reportings en cas de nouveaux besoins.

• Assurance des contrôles d'intégrité pour les reportings créés.

• Accompagnement de la création du référentiel unique en collaboration avec le Delivery Owner (DO) / Chef de Projet, en amont du projet.

• Suivi du processus de changement de TVA.

Within a process-based organization, managing functional and technical needs related to indirect taxes is essential for the Group. Within our team, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and seize exciting opportunities for your career path at Decathlon.

You will evolve within the VAT & Tax Technology team and work closely with the Corporate Tax teams, the International Finance Organization, the Group Accounting Department, and the technical teams.

The team's project is focused on topics such as compliance, data quality, and the improvement of flows and tools related to taxation. The objective is to master the tax process "end-to-end."

Your responsibilities as a Finance System Specialist may include the following tasks:

1. Project Support and Operational Assistance

• Project support and monitoring ( functional animation)

• Writing specifications and creating JIRAs (tickets) for new requests.

• Managing source tools in case of non-integrated flows.

• Daily collaboration with the Project Manager (PM) for tool maintenance.

2. Tax Repository and Reporting

• Maintenance of the tax repository and reporting tools.

• Support and monitoring of tickets to ensure the tax repository is kept up-to-date.

• Supporting the development of fiscal reporting and extractions.

• Updating reports in case of new requirements.

• Ensuring integrity checks for created reports.

• Supporting the creation of the unique repository in collaboration with the Delivery Owner (DO) / Project Manager, upstream of the project.
