Join Dataiku, the Universal AI Platform, as a Global People Services Specialist. In this role, you will support critical employee lifecycle processes, provide guidance and support to employees, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional partners and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, deep knowledge of France HR practices and labor laws, and fluency in French and English.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to employees and managers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, resolving a broad range of HR inquiries and issues.
Own key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, letters, benefits administration, time off and absences.
Execute accurate and timely HR transactions in our HRIS System (Workday), including data changes, reporting, and access resets.
