Dataiku is hiring a self-motivated, strategic, and analytical FP&A Manager to play a critical role in supporting our global teams. This position will work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, and drive financial visibility and accountability across the business. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and scale in an tech-centric AI high growth environment.

The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with key business partners to support growth and strategic decision making, and support our corporate reporting cadence.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, including variance analysis, trend identification and headcount management
  • Develop scalable and agile financial models to support ongoing business reviews, annual planning, and rolling forecasting processes.
  • Responsible for financial reporting and control of the P&L, cash flow and capital adequacy management, scenario analysis and risk management support
  • Serve as a key partner to various business leaders to develop and implement both long-term strategies and immediate action plans that can drive growth, and other financial goals.
  • Establish, support, and/or manage processes including business case development, business review cadence, dashboards, and executive team reporting.
  • Use Adaptive Insights (Workday Financial Planning), Google Suite, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel, to maintain, update and continuously improve financial forecast accuracy.
  • Develop presentations that compare data, highlight risks & opportunities, and focus on qualitative and quantitative issues.

What you'll need to be successful

  • 7+ years relevant FP&A work experience, and prior experience managing R&D spend is a plus.
  • Experience engaging with executive leadership including strong logical reasoning and storyboarding to impact strategic decision making.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to analyze financial data to identify trends and issues, draw conclusions, and make recommendations with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Ability to build financial models; general accounting knowledge, specifically around accrual, cost allocation, and amortization.
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker and strong communicator who will be a trusted voice and partner within the organization.
  • Experience in Adaptive Insights (Workday Financial Planning), Netsuite.
