  • Function as a subject matter expert with respect to HR practices and employment law for countries including but not limited to France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal

  • Fully leverage the People support model to ensure scalability and the highest possible impact and customer experience

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Demonstrable experience managing a team in a matrixed environment

  • Deep expertise on all things related to people, culture and organizations, with an ability to connect the dots to deliver value

  • A well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the People function, including its COEs country compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in connecting and building trust across multiple levels, teams and groups, including the People team, executives, employees, and other stakeholders

  • International experience required

  • Fluency in English required, German preferred

  • Ability to assess needs using data to make informed decisions, influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at all levels across the organization to get things done
