Dataïads is looking for a BDR to strengthen our Sales team.
To support our growth, adapt our sales model, and accelerate our international development, we are hiring a new BDR to help develop the Italian & French markets! 🚀

Your role?
Conquer the Post-Click Experience market by promoting and selling our SaaS solution.

Your main mission will be to grow a portfolio of identified prospects, kickstart the sales process by securing initial meetings and demos (in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Media Science teams), and drive deals forward through to closing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Define our target customers and identify key decision-makers

  • Build a portfolio of prospects (scraping, sales automation, email outreach, etc.) alongside our Growth Marketer

  • Develop the best strategy to efficiently qualify leads (crafting and organizing outreach sequences, recommending tools, sharing best practices, etc.)

  • Implement and test prospecting processes with creativity and perseverance (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Execute daily outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)

  • Organize and participate in meetings and demos in tandem with our Client Partner sales team

  • Set up weekly reporting and ensure consistent follow-up

  • Manage deal negotiations and closing


Profil recherché

You have a successful first experience as an SDR/BDR (ideally in SaaS and/or digital marketing) with at least 2–3 years of experience, and you’re now looking for a new challenge to help you grow.

You are:

  • Energetic, persistent, and above all, driven by challenges

  • A true team player

  • Comfortable on the phone, known for your persuasive skills and strong interpersonal abilities

  • Proactive and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone

  • Familiar with one or more CRM tools (ideally Pipedrive)

  • Fluent in English (C1 level)

  • Fluent in Italian (C1 level)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Discovery Call – 30 minutes with our People Partner

  • Skills & Cultural Fit Interview – 1 hour with our Co-Founder (Raphaël) or a Sales Team Member

  • Case Study / Role Play – 45 minutes with one of our Co-Founders & a team member
