    Founded in 2014 by Yacine Terki and Ludovic Gallen, Data Impact provides analysis and data management for the grocery ecommerce sector. The company is growing rapidly and the world’s biggest brands trust our software for daily insights into their markets.

    With their platform, Data Impact gives clients a macro and micro view of the KPIs associated with their brands. The platform provides monitoring, predictive analysis and actionable guidance.

    Every day Data Impact collects more than 60 billion data points. The database includes 300+ different retailers in 40+ countries. They have developed proprietary AI and ML technology and are constantly innovating.

    Job description

    You will join our international customer success team and assist the customer success managers in their main missions:
    Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and complaints
    Onboard and train new clients and staff on the tool
    Analyse data to improve customer experience
    Maintain ongoing customer relationships
    Help to identify new needs for and from our customers and potential business growth
    Provide consultative and analysis services

    Please note this role involves a lot of analysis and interpretation of data. A passion for Excel and data is recommended.

    Preferred experience

    Masters 1 or Masters 2 in a Business school
    Alternance (apprentissage ou contrat pro)
    Ideally you already have an experience with Produits de Grandes consommation
    You love analysing data and Excel is your best friend :)

    Great communication skills
    Excellent level in English and French, both oral and written
    PPT holds no secrets for you
    Autonomous, you are looking for new challenges
