Join Dastra’s Sales Team and Drive Our Growth!

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to spearhead client acquisition and accelerate business growth in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through both inbound and outbound efforts.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand into key target accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Become an expert in Dastra’s software, confidently demonstrating its value proposition and latest innovations.

  • Attend industry events and trade shows, effectively representing Dastra to prospects and clients.

  • Leverage advanced sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to optimize outreach and deal tracking.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize business impact.


Profil recherché

We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious, and strategic Account Executive (M/F) with the following qualifications:

  • Degree from a top business school or a background in law (or ideally both).

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS solution sales, consistently exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new markets, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies.

  • Fluent in professional English, plus German as a native language.

  • A true hunter mentality, with a passion for business development and closing high-value deals.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, specializing in IT, SaaS, consulting ideally in the space of data privacy, compliance and/or cyber.

  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies, with strong autonomy and strategic thinking.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to overcome challenges in a competitive market.

  • Willingness to travel and attend in-person industry events and trade shows.

  • Strong potential and ambition for career advancement, with opportunities for leadership roles within Dastra.
