🚀 Missions

This position is based in Dashdoc’s Antwerp office, working closely with the Belgian team (6 people).

As part of the Customer Success team and in close collaboration with all Dashdoc teams, your mission will be to:

  • Manage the onboarding of SMB (Small and Medium Business) clients in Wallonia and the Hauts-de-France region, helping them quickly gain value from Dashdoc.

  • Contribute to product improvement by collecting client feedback and participating in customer support.


🎯 Objectives

  • Build a relationship of trust with client teams and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Train and support your clients during onboarding to ensure they become fully operational with Dashdoc within 3 months.

  • Minimize client churn.

  • Help improve the product by sharing client feedback and suggesting solutions to reported challenges.

  • Contribute to user satisfaction by participating in customer support activities.

Profil recherché

We’re looking for:

  • Ability to understand both our product and the business of our clients

  • Alignment with Dashdoc’s core values: Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed

  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, patience

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to propose effective solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead client training sessions

  • Fluent in English & French (spoken and written); Flemish is a plus

  • Driving license (category B) and willing to travel (up to 2 days/month)

  • Bonus: You have knowledge of the road freight transport industry
