6 months internship, based in Paris.
Audit, redesign, and optimize our onboarding processes for strategic carrier accounts. You will act as the right hand to our team of 6 Key Account Project Managers. Your mission is to reduce the time-to-value by eliminating friction points and implementing scalable solutions, allowing the team to focus on high-value advisory tasks.
1. Audit & Process Diagnostic
Journey Mapping: Document the current customer journey and identify every touchpoint.
Inventory: Audit existing templates and identify gaps in our current toolkit.
Bottleneck Identification: Pinpoint the specific friction points that slow down deployment.
Voice of the Customer: Evaluate current customer satisfaction regarding their onboarding experience.
2. Implementation & Optimization
Process Redesign: Co-create a new onboarding workflow with clear phases and milestones.
Standardized Playbooks: Develop playbooks tailored to different customer segments and use cases.
Template Library: Build a comprehensive library (Kick-off decks, Steering Committees, Action follow-ups, Training reports).
Branded Communication Kit: Create materials to help our customers communicate Dashdoc’s value internally to their own teams.
Automation: Propose and implement recommendations to automate repetitive tasks.

Freight Transport or Industry interest: You have strong interest in the freight transport or industrial sector. Previous experience/internships in the transport industry would be a bonus !
Discovery Call (20 min): To get to know you and understand your career goals.
Deep-Dive Interview (1 hr): To explore your past experiences and core skills.
Case Study (1.5 hrs): To evaluate your problem-solving abilities and your potential in the role.
The overall recruitment process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
At least one stage of the process will take place in person at our Paris and/or Nantes offices.
