Descriptif du poste

Your role is to identify sales opportunities among existing customers and support the team in their sales process.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Conduct sales and pipeline analysis among the installed base

  • Identify commercial improvements and provide management with some recommendations to improve sales

  • Explore and drive commercial initiatives to increase sales

  • Coordinate with several departments (Product, Account Management) to provide a better understanding of the products and improve the commercial pitch

  • Assist the account managers in their commercial meetings

  • Organise commercial campaigns for specific products in order to boost the sales and follow up through Salesforce

  • Provide the account managers with sales materials such as pitches

  • Organise workshops with clients and account managers in order to pitch the products

  • Coordinate with the pre-sales team the different events and the sales pipeline


Profil recherché

  • Experience in a relevant sales function in the hospitality or software industry;
  • High level of independence and autonomy;
  • Affinity/experience with the hospitality industry and e-commerce;
  • Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focused;
  • High degree of understanding technology
  • Very Good communication and commercial skills;
  • Strong ethics and high attention to customer satisfaction,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
