This position is open in Barcelona or Bordeaux or Paris

Under the responsibility of the project / product manager, within a Scrum team of 3 to 5 people, you will work on all stages of development:

  • Analyse partner API documentation and business model (new connectivities and connectivities upgrade)
  • Communicate with partners to ensure perfect understanding of the requirements
  • Write (and update) internal functional and technical specifications for each connectivity
  • Present the specifications to the development team
  • Follow up and support the development team
  • Test the implementation and cooperate with QA team to ensure adapted and efficient tests
  • Pass the certification with the partners
  • Handle the pilot phase and follow up on feedback and bug fixes
  • Provide (and update) internal user guide for the customer service upon connectivity release
  • Train support teams in new connectivities (depending on complexity)
  • Follow up feedback from support teams and bug fixes after the release
  • Analyse connectivities performances
  • Be part of a Scrum team and its rituals (sprint planning, sprint review…)

Profil recherché

• You have at least 2 years of experience in tourism and / or hospitality industry

• You MUST have good knowledge of connectivity ecosystems (use of terminals, tools and languages)

• Knowledge of basic connectivity technical concepts

• Knowledge of prototyping tools and access to APIs
