Your Mission

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial health and strategic direction of the company. Your key responsibilities include:

Financial Control, Monthly Closing & Forecasting

  • Monthly Closing: Lead the preparation of the monthly close in coordination with the Accounting team, including the establishment of the Analytical P&L and the creation of reporting packages for Top Management and Board Members.

  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key business KPIs (ARR, margin, product performance, etc.) and drive the automation of financial dashboards.

  • Revenue Operations: Manage and optimize client billing processes—should the need arise, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new billing tool.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Planning: Actively participate in the elaboration of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.

  • Cash Management: Ensure regular monitoring of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow analyses.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with C-Levels, VPs, and Managers in both France and the US to understand their needs, support their operations, and provide visibility on committed budgets.

  • Cost Control: Monitor committed costs to ensure alignment with allocated budgets.

Strategic Ad-Hoc Projects for the Company & Finance Department

  • Strategic Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making (e.g., evaluating client margins, optimizing cash utilization, increasing scalability).

  • Pricing: Validate new pricing structures.

  • Financing: Research and identify new funding opportunities (grants, subsidies, etc.).

  • Process Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of Finance processes, streamline the processing of data and improve tools and outputs (dashboards, reporting, models) by leveraging AI assistants & agents, automation (e.g. N8N) and vibe coding.


Profil recherché

Who You Are

  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering School

  • Experience: You have 2 -4 years of experience within a Finance department, Audit firm, or Consulting agency

  • Technical Skills: You possess advanced mastery of the MS Office Pack, specifically Excel

  • Soft Skills: You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive, positive, and a true team player

  • Languages: You are perfectly fluent in both French & English (both written and spoken)

  • Mindset: You thrive in environments where you are motivated by new challenges

  • Finance Modernization: You have a strong appetite for digital transformation and actively seek to build a modern Finance function by leveraging the latest technologies.

  • Tech-Savvy: Curious and agile, you have already integrated AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into your daily routine to boost your efficiency, and you are eager to explore agentic AI for your finance work environment

  • Bonus Points: Knowledge of Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a strong plus
