As a country manager for Germany you will be based in Paris but work with all teams to ensure the profitable growth of the business in Germany.
Germany is the 3rd largest market in Europe and we already ship our products there. We want to go to the next level with one person responsible for the development of the business in Germany.
Your missions will include project management and strong collaboration with other teams members.
Strategy
Co-define strategy and priorities (acquisitions, objectives) for Germany
Handle weekly and monthly reporting for German market
Suggest adaptations to the plan
Analyze opportunities
Collboartion with the Product team
Collaboration with the Marketing team
Communicate about the brand in the media and the social media
Lead the SEO strategy to improve Cuure German’s ranking on search engines
Optimize acquisition (ads, offers, website, communications, etc.)
Collaboration with the Operations and CX teams
Cooperate with the operations team to ensure best-in-class delivery to German customers
Suggest operational improvements (simplification of processes, automation)
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (email, phone, social networks)
You are native in German with knowledge of German consumer market
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you know how to be proactive and quickly autonomous
You want to work in a start-up with high ambitions and high intensity
You want to lead a project from start to finish and make sure that your market evolves and progresses
You like to take on big challenges, you are curious and you have a real desire to learn
You have good written and verbal communication skills
