    Job description

    After 6 years operating in France and gaining momentum to become the most economic and reliable fulfillment solution there, Cubyn is now entering Spain with high ambition. Thanks to its mature and optimized operations that made Cubyn the successful scale-up it is today, the company is now seeking result-oriented talents to acquire customers at full speed to fill up its brand new warehouse in Madrid.

    Looking for a strategic and exciting sales mission ? Be part of the first Key Account Executives to join us in this unprecedented hunt of customers, spearhead of our European expansion. You will be in charge of all the commercial processes and the owner of your sales pipe with the support of our Sales Squad Leader. Your mission: meet e-merchants to change their approach to logistics and transport.

    Missions

    • Prospect, develop and retain a portfolio of local and international customers
    • Analyze the market by understanding the needs of each interlocutors to present the most suitable Cubyn offer
    • Build an action plan / commercial strategy with the Sales Squad Leader in order to maximize your targets
    • Work on a seductive sales pitch that combines the intricate daily physical operations of a warehouse facility with the simplicity of a tech-driven platform
    • Contribute to the development of the team’s commercial know-how by having a keen sense of collaboration between salespeople.

    Preferred experience

    • At least 2 years of BtoB commercial experience, ideally SaaS type
    • Mastery of the commercial approach from the hunting phase to the closing
    • You know how to discuss and convince high-level contacts: DG, DAF, Logistics Department, Ecommerce Manager.
    • You are organized and rigorous to keep your CRM up to date.
    • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English

    Recruitment process

    Our hiring process from “Logic Test” to “Job Offer” take less than 2 weeks (depending on your availabilities)

    1. Logic Test
    After sending in your application you will receive an online logic test. This is a mandatory step for everyone who applies to Cubyn. This test gives us an idea about your ability to analyze information, detect patterns and relationships, and solve problems on a complex, intangible level. After you submit your answers, we’ll check your results and get in touch.

    2. Pre-screen call
    Once you’ve passed the logic test, one of our recruiters will reach out for the first interview. This is our chance to get to know you better and see which roles in the pipeline you might be best suited for. We’ll ask questions in regards to your previous experience and your career interests.

    3. First round interviews
    When you are invited to your first round of interviews, you will be directly scheduled for a set of interviews. Depending on the team you want to join, you might be asked to perform a technical test.
    As part of the first round of interviews, we will focus on the set of skills needed for the role you applied for

    4. Second round interviews
    This interviews aim to understand your view on several organizational topics and situations in the past where you have demonstrated values and behaviors that we value at Cubyn.
