As a member of our infrastructure team, working within a multidisciplinary product team made up of UI and UX designers, data scientists, backend and frontend engineers... you will serve a key role in Goodays’ technology solution ongoing growth and success in the field of customer service. We will be counting on your vision and expertise as a Site Reliability Engineer to continue to offer an innovative product that allows Goodays to keep its position as a leader in this area.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

• Participate in the design of new systems, notably the next generation of our Internal Developer Platform.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact issues.

• Optimize our processes, tooling & documentation.

• Identify preemptive strategies to respond and recover from incidents.

• Collaborate with your infrastructure and backend colleagues to ensure that resilience. and security is built-in in our systems, from the design of the app to the infrastructure.

• You have a 5 years’ minimum experience in a similar role, ideally with a software engineering background.

• You have a good knowledge of Kubernetes, at least as a power user of a managed Kubernetes solution.

• You have experience and understanding of cloud environments and associated Infrastructure-as-code tools.

• You love automating yourself out of low-value tasks.

• Great motivation to maintain a cloud-based infrastructure
