Context

In a fast-paced scale-up environment handling several millions of feedback consisting of both structured and unstructured data, we are looking to bring even more value to our clients by implementing cutting edge algorithms to detect anomalies together with its underlying explanation to enable them to leverage their voice of customer insights.

Your missions

Take ownership of Feedier’s machine learning algorithms to provide our clients with the most valuable insights from both structured and unstructured data. 

This implies:

• Designing and maintaining an infrastructure enabling the automation of Deep Learning model training and deployment.

• Integrating and Using ML models in production for various NLP tasks (Using LLM and BERT models).

• Proposing and implementing solutions for optimizing processes and inferences

• Defining and implementing methods for monitoring & evaluating the performance of different models (based on language and number of data).

Requirements

• You have good knowledge with 1 programming language OR have deep knowledge of data engineering.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in creating and operating ML systems in production.

• You have a good understanding of business challenges.

• An operational level of English, both spoken and written, is required.

Plus

• You have used SageMaker in production. 

• You are proficient with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.

• You speak French to a business level.
