  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, promoting the benefits of Go1’s learning platform, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to meet our company’s sales targets.

    • You’ll be a modern-day explorer, prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, from cold calls to email campaigns and social media. Prepare to unleash your charm and curiosity!

    • Building connections is your superpower. You’ll identify key decision-makers within organisations, and with your natural charisma and effective communication skills, you’ll win them over. Prepare to be the go-to person for all things Go1!

    • Your detective skills will shine as you conduct thorough needs analysis, determining how Go1 can meet the unique requirements of each potential customer. You’ll become a trusted advisor and guide them on their learning journey.

    • Collaboration is key! You’ll work closely with our talented Account Executives, combining your powers to develop winning strategies that turn qualified leads into exciting sales opportunities. Together, you’ll be an unstoppable force!

    • Accuracy is your middle name. You’ll meticulously update our CRM system, ensuring we have the latest insights on lead interactions and activities. Organisation has never been so exhilarating!

Profil recherché

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you love engaging with people from all walks of life.

  • Fearlessness on the phone. Making outbound calls is your playground, and you exude confidence with every dial. Prepare to make a lasting impression!

  • A knack for organisation. You juggle multiple priorities like a pro and keep everything in order. Chaos doesn’t stand a chance when you’re around!

  • Tech-savviness and familiarity in using SaaS tech-stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot. You’re eager to learn and master the tools that drive our success.

  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with the world of online learning and corporate training. But if not, don’t worry! We’ll provide you with all the knowledge and support you need.

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English and if you happen to speak German, we’ll consider it a superpower!


Déroulement des entretiens

Initial Interviews:

  • You’ll meet with Katie, our Talent Acquisition Partner for a focused conversation on your motivation, skills and experience. The next step is to meet with Antoine Dumont who leads the SDR team. We’ll explore your ability to prospect to potential customers along with your experience of pipeline management.

Office meet:

  • You’ll meet with Antoine and Fanny De Retz either in the office or over Zoom. This session is designed to explore how you think and potentially could pitch Go1.

Final Conversation – Culture & Leadership Alignment

  • A conversation with Arnauld, our Content Leader. This is conversation to talk through values, leadership style, and long-term alignment with Go1’s culture and vision.

What to Expect

  • We’ll explore your professional background and experience, especially in relation to key areas relevant to the role

  • We’re looking for a mix of technical capability and cultural alignment.

  • Be prepared to talk through examples of how you’ve navigated challenges, led initiatives, and collaborated across teams.

  • You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us questions — we want you to assess if Go1 feels like the right place for you too.
