Descriptif du poste

Today, we are looking for an account manager trainee in collaboration with the Sales team. This internship will allow you to strengthen your commercial skills in a complex sales environment and learn a proven sales methodology.
The Sales trainee set-up reliable process or contracting and deal flows.

He/She helps and support AMs on the freelancer sourcing and qualification so they can focus on selling tasks.

Your Missions (if you accept it) :

  • MATCHING & QUALIF - From a mission given by an Account Manager, leverage our product and community to find the perfect freelancer(s)
  • PROSPECTION - Support AMs in prospecting new clients within our current large accounts
  • END TO END DEALS - Lead end to end business processes from mission qualification to interview & contractualization (SMB deals or LBC partnership)
  • BACKUP - Act as a backup to our Account Managers when required
  • CRM - keep our CRM always up to date
  • BUSINESS MEETINGS - Attend business meetings with our major clients along with more senior AMs

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first call to get to know each other
  • 2 interviews manager & head of sales (with 1 case study/technical test )
