• Collaborate with the Tech team to define recruitment needs and write job offers,
• Publish, update and follow up on job offers via our various job boards,
• Create an adapted sourcing strategy/identify
• Approach candidates directly,
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process (briefing, interview organization, interaction with candidates and managers, follow-up),
• Manage the final offers to the candidates retained by the process and ensure salary negotiations
• Ensure the best candidate experience and convey the Colonies DNA during your interviews
• Take part in various topics depending on the current situation: employer brand, animation of our candidate pool, school partnerships, organization of events in the Tech ecosystem, student forums…

Profil recherché

EXPERIENCE

• You have a strong experience of 2/3 years as a Tech recruiter in a fast-growing company, or even better : you have a technical background that allow you to know what is a framework, Ruby, Java and all that goes with it !
• You are organized and flexible! You know how to juggle different subjects and how to be creative no matter what situation you encounter - there are no problems, only solutions!
• You speak fluent English, so you can communicate with all our international team
