The context 🏡

Currently growing at a fast pace on the European market, Colonies aims to structure its activity and manage initiatives across business units towards its strategic goals.

With hundreds of projects to come in the coming months in various countries, our Team Lead Project is looking for an analyst to support him on strategic and operational aspects arising from Colonies’ international expansion and current French operations.

Your mission? 💼

• You will improve the French processes and adapt them to local specificities to ensure the effective organization of projects throughout the European zone (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg).

• You will assist the project teams on the various tools and reporting to consolidate the data.

• You will assist the development of a network of partners and contractors.

• You will assist the managers in the structuration of their teams and processes locally based on the French experience.

Your scope? 🔎

• Make sure to translate each stage of our project management : from the feasibility stage to their opening through the execution of the renovation works.
• You will juggle between analytical tasks, structuring of processes and the implementation of tools.

Your interlocutors on a daily basis? 🤝

• You rely on our business experts and solicit external interlocutors when needed to feed your reflection. To that extent, you will travel regularly between our offices in Paris, Brussels and Berlin.

Your profile 🎩

• You are ambitious, agile and passionate about what we do at Colonies.
• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy consolidating information into well-structured processes/reports.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working on structuring topics and projects affecting the international growth of a fast-growing company.
• A previous experience in a challenging environment (e.g., consulting, scale up) is highly appreciated.
• You are fluent in French and English to feel comfortable when working with our teams in France and abroad - German is a plus.
