As a data marketing & digital consultant, your main roles and responsibilities will cover various activities and engagements such as:
Work with our Clients (major groups) to define their strategy, vision, architectures and needs
Design relevant and efficient processes and solutions to serve and improve their operations
Define programme, projects and roadmap to support their strategy
Define and improve user’s experience and customer’s journey
Launch new products and features working closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Operations and IT
Implement & activate new tools (DMP, TMS, personnalization tools, attribution models, on-boarding solutions, AB testing tools, IoT platform, digital analytics tools, data visualization tools, data management tools…)
Design and set-up GDPR strategy and streams
Design new customer experience with a data driven approach
Set-up and run Conversion Rate Otimisation activities
Participate to pre-sales activities (RFP, presentations …)
Knowledge of best practices (organization, processes, solutions) in Digital & Data Marketing
How-how & knowledge of main technologies:
Digital systems: CMS, mobile apps, push notifications, Web analytics, TMS …
Digital operations: traffic management – SEM, SEO, SMO, Display, Affiliate, DMP, CDP, attribution models…
Data intelligence: data visualization, data analysis, data cleansing
Proven methodology and ability to produce high quality deliverables:
Strategy and vision
Roadmap definition (incl. budget and business case)
Feasibility study
Technical architecture
Programme and project committees presentations
Excellent communication skills (especially with Marketing & IT managers)
Leadership, Rigorousness and Autonomy
