Following a 7m€ seed fundraising, Collective is accelerating fast and is recruiting top performers to contribute to its growth.
We are looking for a Tech Talent Advisor who will join the Supply Development team and work hand in hand with the Business Dev team. As Collective is growing fast, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shape its structure!
In short, you will manage incoming requests from Corporate Clients, present them with the most relevant profiles to maximize conversion and satisfaction of all parties. You will also be involved in scaling our sourcing processes and optimizing our matching algorithm. Finally, you will help us maximize our collectives retention and unlock their full potential, a challenge at the heart of our growth strategy.
What you will do ⚡
Receive briefs from top clients (e.g. Sorare, Etam, CNRS, Betclic) and build an optimized search for profiles :
Support Account Executives in their sourcing on the platform (internal matching) and conduct hunts outside the platform when needed (external matching)
Qualify profiles by conducting occasional interviews with freelancers and build the best shortlists
Advise and support freelancers during the recruitment phase
Contribute to the construction of our supply by building trustful & long-term relationships with our collectives to foster the renewal of our collaborations
Launch success initiatives to help our collectives perform better on the app
Build up & nurture global programs for our collectives, to improve freelance acquisition, activation, engagement and retention (e.g. referral programs, partner programs)
Be proactive in proposing improvements to processes and methods (data, new tools…)

You’ve at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or sales functions (XP in marketplace or a BtoB environment with large accounts is a plus)
You’re familiar with the Tech environment
You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously
You’re fluent in French & in English (oral + written)
You have good interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
