We are looking for a People Ops Manager for our EMEA team, this role reports to the Global Head of People & Culture (based in Montpellier, France).
About the Role:
SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE
- Support employees through regular check-ins and manage engagement surveys to ensure each employee is heard
- Conduct exit interviews and close out systems

- Analyze market compensation data for salary and equity
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT/PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Identify and promote opportunities for employee training and professional development as well as coordinate and track required training
- Implement a best-in-class process for performance reviews and feedback cycles
RECRUITING
- Manage the entire recruitment process from the definition of needs to the hiring proposal
- Support and advise team members in understanding and monitoring their recruitment needs
- Write advertisements and reports
- Conducting effective interviews that provide added value and expertise to your contacts as well as relevant follow-up
- Monitoring of recruitment performance: Monthly reporting of ongoing projects and recruitment activity as a whole, monitoring of KPIs
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
We are now a fully remote company with colleagues everywhere but we have kept our office in Montpellier.
- Office maintenance & management (10 people on a daily basis)
- Phone and on-site reception of visitors, service providers, delivery people
- Follow-up of supplies and material needs, inventory updates
- Travel arrangements and bookings
- Guarantee and improve the team’s well-being
ON/OFF BOARDING EMPLOYEES
- Partner with managers to improve the onboarding experience and create an exceptional first week to 90 days for new hires
- Take part in employee onboarding, medical visits, ordering equipment, welcome pack
CULTURE/EVENTS - In connection with our US team, develop consistency in our people philosophy, processes, and practices.
- Guide our company values in the team
- Lead planning and execution of virtual team events and in-person events that cultivate a great work environment (team building events, birthdays, off-site retreats…)
- Organize efforts for employee recognition, rewards programs, and ideas that enhance the culture
