We’re looking for our first Growth Manager to lead and scale Primo’s inbound growth engine.
We are still early in our inbound journey: strong foundations have been laid, and we now want to take things to the next level.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Primo attracts, educates, and converts customers — owning the full inbound engine from content to funnel performance.
This is a founding role within the Growth team: highly strategic, deeply hands-on, and with a massive impact on Primo’s trajectory.
Your mission
What you will do
Design and execute Primo’s inbound strategy, transforming early foundations into a scalable acquisition engine
Build and optimize the full inbound funnel — from awareness to SQL — through SEO, content, CRO, and experimentation
Create and scale a high-impact content system (articles, case studies, templates, landing pages…) rooted in customer pains and search intent
Run and scale paid acquisition experiments (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting…) to accelerate what works without relying on large budgets
Leverage AI & automation to accelerate research, content production, and growth workflows
Own growth KPIs (traffic, MQLs, SQLs, activation) and collaborate with Sales & Product to drive measurable revenue impact
You should join us if you
Have 2–5 years of experience in inbound or growth, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-moving scale-up environment
Bring strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and automation
Combine a data-driven mindset with creativity: you understand funnels, attribution, and performance, but also how to tell a compelling story
Use AI and LLMs deeply as part of your daily workflow — not as a gimmick, but as a true productivity multiplier
Are fully fluent in English, able to create content, run campaigns, and collaborate seamlessly (experience operating across multiple European markets is a plus)
