💪 Team:

You will join the Sales team of Nautal, a business unit composed of an average of 20 people.

The team is managed by Carlos, Head of Sales, and divided in markets led by Country Sales Leads.

As part of your missions, you will lead the .COM team and will report directly to Anke, our Sales Lead for the northern countries.

You will work daily with your Sales colleagues and with colleagues from the other business units of Nautal, especially with the Finance, Customer Care and Account Management.  

🚀Missions:

● Attend english speaking clients who seek boat rentals anywhere in the world over the phone and E-Mail
● Reach your monthly sales goal
● Report to your manager any doubts or obstacles about your or your teams’ performance
● Train your team of 2-3 employees and help them reach their personal sales goal
● Create a weekly KPI report for your team with market insights.
● Set the monthly goal for each team member and evaluate performance at the end of each month.
