At Click&Boat, our leadership and fast growth relies on a very strong expertise on search engines, through SEA and SEO.
With 4 brands across 12 markets for all kind of boats and destinations, our SEA accounts permanently push the limits. We need a killer to develop the next few years’ winning strategy. We are convinced that right balance between manual and automatized optimizations is the key to reach best in class results and perfectly optimize the least € invested.
On top of this SEA core reactor, your team is in charge of the display campaigns.
You will report to Guillaume, VP Marketing, and will manage a team of 2 permanent contracts (Div and Achraf) + 1 intern.
Acquisition is part of the marketing BU, divided into 5 teams: SEA, CRM, Design, Press and Offline communication.
SEA Strategy (65%) :
—> Define the best SEA strategy and contribute to the annual business plan elaboration per month and per brand (x4), lang (x12), and boat Type (x7).
—> Deploy the strategy based on permanent ROI optimization, relying on strong dashboards and complex data analysis.
Display strategy (10%) : Define and deploy the best display strategies.
Management (10%) : Manage and bring your team to top level, being able to prioritize and allocate tasks on the best efficient way.
Reporting and KPI analysis (15%) :
—> Develop powerful, clear and synthetic reports.
—> Deploy a strong competition monitoring.

Start date: ASAP
- You have between 5 to 8 years experience in performance campaigns management:
SEA is your core expertise, and you are a campaigns’ optimization expert with ideally an agency background
Google guidelines have no secret for you and you are an expert in challenging them
You are familiar with other digital paid channels (Facebook, Criteo..)
You have an excellent understanding of attribution / contribution topics
Excellent ability to monitor and optimize budgets
You have an excellent understanding of tracking topics
You are fed with data and have strong analytical capacities, Excel is your best friend
You have a synthetic mindset and excellent ability to convey essential information through relevant charts
Significant track record of performances twists and improvements
Fluent in English and have good writing skills
Curious: you like being up-to-date with best practices, trends..
Proactive: you identify new projects, issues and like finding ways to solve them
Experience in managing people
You are interested in the start-up environment; you are ready to share your ideas to improve our services.
