Within the technical team of the IT System Department, composed of 2 support technicians and 2 backoffice engineers, you will be in charge of the:

• Definition and management of the world’s technical solutions and infrastructures
• EMEA + Americas support
• Management of technical projects worldwide
• Maintenance in operational conditions of the 3 datacenters (France, Hong-Kong, Canada)
• Documentations and processes

In a full Microsoft and cloud oriented environment, you will have to deal with O365 issues, office automation, servers, AD, Azure, network etc.

Au sein de l’équipe technique de la DSI, composée de 2 techniciens support et 2 ingénieurs backoffice, vous serez en charge :

• De la définition et du pilotage des solutions et infrastructures techniques monde
• Du support EMEA + Americas
• De la gestion des projets techniques monde
• Du maintien en conditions opérationnelles des 3 datacenters (France, Hong-Kong, Canada)
• Des documentations et process

Dans un environnement full Microsoft et orienté cloud, vous aurez à traiter des problématiques O365, postes, bureautique, serveurs, AD, Azure, réseau etc.

Requirements: based in Lyon, permanent contract, with 3 years’ experience in a similar position, and good command of English.
