Les équipes de Roissy-en-France (Paris) recherchent, dans le cadre notre croissance, plusieurs apprentis Agents de transit pour suivre la formation Responsable Production Transport Logistique (RPTL) à l’ISTELI (75) - (Bac+3).

Vous aurez pour objectif de répondre aux besoins des clients internes et externes en traitant des déclarations à l’import et/ou à l’export conformément à la réglementation, aux procédures et consignes fixées par la direction.

Pour cette mission vous serez en charge de :

• Réaliser et coordonner les opérations de transport dans le respect de la réglementation nationale et internationale, pour les clients Clasquin
• Préparer tous les documents d’expéditions
• Enregistrer et traiter les anomalies et réclamations éventuelles
• Traiter les dossiers dans l’application Métier et d’assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers
• Réaliser le traitement des factures dans l’application Métier
• En charge de la relation avec la clientèle (interne et externe), vous serez garant de la bonne image de Clasquin via le traitement des informations.

The Roissy-en-France (Paris) teams are looking for several Operations Agent apprentices to integrate our Operations Agent training in partnership with ISTELI.

Your objective will be to meet the needs of internal or external customers by managing import and export transport files.

The whole team is waiting for you to:

• Carry out and coordinate transport operations
• Prepare shipping documents
• Process files in the business application and ensure administrative follow-up
• Carry out the processing of invoices in the business application

Critères pour ce poste : Basé à Roissy-en-France (près de Paris, accessible en transports en commun), de formation Bac+2 Commerce International ou Gestion Transport Logistique ou généraliste et vous souhaitez vous professionnaliser dans les métiers du transport international, cette mission est pour vous.

Contrat d’apprentissage à pourvoir à la rentrée 2023 (septembre/octobre), diplôme Bac +3.

Requirements for this position: Based in Roissy-en-France (near Paris), with a degree in international trade or logistics transport management or a generalist wishing to become professional in international transport.

You have good interpersonal skills and are responsive, rigorous and organized.

Apprenticeship contract to be filled at the beginning of the school year 2023 (September/October).
