Descriptif du poste

As an intern in the Customer Success department, you will join the international team composed of the regional director, sales executives for the Spanish and Italian markets and a CSM.

🚀 Your responsibilities will be the following:

- Provide technical and functional support to customers in the completion of their surveys.

- Management of a portfolio of freemium clients (companies or schools).

- Integration of clients in the back-office and configuration of their surveys.

- Closing of the survey and accreditation.

🔔 Participate and take responsibility in transversal projects aimed at improving the customer experience in the use of the platform.

Profil recherché

Currently pursuing a master’s degree at a business school or university, you are looking for a 6-month internship at the end of your studies.
You have previous experience in customer service and/or portfolio management; experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.

You have a genuine interest in HR and CSR issues.
You demonstrate thoroughness in project management, pedagogical skills and an excellent sense of interpersonal relationships.

You have a good level of Spanish or Italian, enabling you to support our international clients in the success of their surveys; knowledge of English is an asset.

You enjoy working in a team.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Pre-qualification interview with Human Resources (30 minutes) to learn more about you and your experience.

  • Operational interview with the international development manager (1 hour) by videoconference.
