🥨 Your menu 🥨

Creating a new department: You will work with your manager to shape and grow the Remote Sales department then make it our main growth driver for years to come. You are going to establish new processes that drive efficiency and conversion. We need people who not only bring new ideas, but also prove their efficiency!

Connect with future Choco users remotely: You will speak to chefs and restaurant owners then build personal relationships with them, while understanding their working methods and making sure to change their ordering habits from traditional methods to Choco.

Full ownership and accountability: You own your sales funnel from start to finish, fully accountable for the targets you and your manager set. You won’t be here to book meetings for other people. You will be responsible for acquisition, conversion and retention of your own leads.

Become a true team player: You’ll be working hand in hand with the entire operations teams across the globe and learn from these talented minds on a daily basis (Sales, Supplier Managers, Account Management, Customer Success and so on).


Profil recherché

🍋 The ingredients you bring on the table 🍋

At least one internship in a fast paced environment: (high growth startup, investment banking, consulting, restaurant and so on): You are very ambitious and want to grow fast, personally and professionally. Ideally, this is your end of study internship.

Analytical mind: You are always keen to find and test new ideas that contribute to improve our way of doing things. As well as proving their efficiency.

Strong interpersonal communication skills: You can easily bond with new people and then transport your empathy and humour over the phone. You are persuasive and persistent, but also don’t take rejection personally. Instead you see them as an opportunity to learn!

Autonomy and structure: You are in the driver’s seat of your own success. Being part of a newly launched team will require strong organizational skills and a solution oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

A strong sense of team: We all wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the team. Talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships.

Be native or very fluent in French: As you’ll be consistently talking to chefs or restaurant owners from France, speaking French very well is requested.
