ChangeNOW organizes the world’s largest event for the planet, as well as a series of thematic events throughout the year. We bring together the key changemakers of our time – companies, institutions, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and investors – to accelerate positive change and ecological transition.
Over the years, we’ve developed strong partnerships with companies leading the shift towards sustainability in their industries. As our impact grows, we are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team and looking for a mission-driven Partnerships Coordinator to support the development and management of these strategic collaborations.
Working closely with our Corporate Partnerships team, you will contribute to the success of the ChangeNOW Summit by ensuring that our partners enjoy a seamless experience before, during, and after the event—and that their return on investment (ROI) meets expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing relationships with partner accounts throughout the year by maintaining follow-up documentation and organizing regular check-in meetings
Understanding each partner’s expected ROI and guiding them toward achieving it through strategic advice and tailored recommendations
Coordinating all operational aspects of partner involvement in our events, including logistics, visibility, communication, and speaking opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams (Solutions, Content, Communications, etc.) to ensure flawless execution and alignment with both partner goals and ChangeNOW’s mission
Fostering long-term partnerships by maintaining contact year-round, proposing additional opportunities to strengthen the relationship, and generating ideas to extend collaboration from one summit to the next
Experience
You have around 3 years of professional experience in roles such as account management, project management or key partnership development.
Experience in dealing with large groups and C-level profiles
Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a strong plus
Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail
Autonomous, dynamic, reliable, and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset
Analytical and listening skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Fluent in French and English
