We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cartan Trade. This role requires a combination of project management, Product Management, and Data project expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Lead cross-functional projects, including migration to a scalable data architecture and automation of billing and recovery processes.

   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

   • Coordinate technical, business, and external teams to ensure project delivery.

2. Product Management:

   • Define and prioritize features for data products (e.g., dashboards, automated reports, visualization tools).

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

   • Monitor product performance metrics and propose continuous improvements.

3. Data Project Management:

   • Oversee the implementation of data pipelines and integration of third-party systems.

   • Ensure data governance and security throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver innovative solutions.

4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

   • Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance business processes and technical solutions.

   • Promote the use of emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, cloud) to transform the credit insurance domain.

Education :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in in project management (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

• Experience in Product Management, ideally in data-related projects.

• Proven track record in managing complex projects

Technical skills

• Knowledge of data architecture and data security challenges.

• Ability to drive innovative initiatives in the credit insurance domain.

Soft skills

• Excellent communication and cross-functional team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
