Our goal? To become the #1 technological companion for high-end sports clubs and studios: yoga, dance, bootcamp, boxing, fitness… the sky is our limit!

We’ve developed a mobile app for members, but more importantly, we’ve created a complete platform for clubs and studios that provides all the essential tech tools for management and growth, including smart marketing based on trend analysis, clustering, and general data mining.

Launched in June 2019, we already have:

  • A community of 700,000 users.
  • 500 + sports partners in 25 countries and in different sports (Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Dance) around the world.
  • A $1,000,000 fundraising in November 2020, a team of 40 people and a Serie A for Q2 2022.

As an HR coordinator intern, you will report directly to the Operations Team Leader, Head of Customer Success and the founders.

**JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detailed-oriented person with high organizational skills and deeply people-centric. Your main tasks will be:

  • Establish and develop the bsport recruitment process
  • Introduce your candidates to the managers
  • Discover new opportunities for process improvement
  • Publish recruitment advertisements
  • Create dashboards and other tools that managers rely on for recruitment
  • Clearly document your procedures/instructions so that others can replicate your processes in the future
  • Plan for employee onboarding
  • Office management and internal events

Profil recherché

**ABOUT YOU

*Languages

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Skills in other languages such as french, dutch and others are a plus

*Skills & Values

  • Strong social and human qualities
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of HR, recruitment or business law is highly desirable.
  • You are comfortable with technology and have a keen interest in the technology environment.
  • Experience in Factorial or any other HR CRM will be highly valued.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You like to be challenged and learn new things.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Being in the final year of a Master’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.
  • 6-month commitment

*Previous experiences

  • Experience in a similar HR role is a plus
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
