For our Account Management Team in Barcelona, providing outstanding client relationship is our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to serve as our main point of contact on the Dutch market.
Your main task will be:
Owner of the onboarding of your accounts
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates
Act as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complains and needs via chat, email or phone
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities
Collaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction
Your Profile
Are a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Professional experience as Account Manager/Customer Support Service will be highly appreciated
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Intercom and Hubspot
Proactive, tech-savvy and having a team spirit as a winning combination
Customer-driven and highly curious about their needs
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Good Excel level is a plus
