What your future position looks like:
As a Billing Administrator, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices. Your main tasks will be :
Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time
Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery
Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C)
Discover new opportunities for process improvements
Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy to apply
Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Have proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Passion for data and numbers
Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated
Accountability / Administration studies is preferable, bachelor level minimum
Professional experience (including internships) in a B2B Saas start-up as a billing admin will be valued
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets
Enthusiastic and passionate
Strong interest in the tech environment
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Someone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
