What your future position looks like:

As a Billing Administrator, you will be the main point of contact regarding billing support for our customers as well as chasing the outstanding invoices. Your main tasks will be :

• Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time

• Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery

• Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C)

• Discover new opportunities for process improvements

• Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy to apply

• Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer service

You will be a good fit to join us if you:

• Have proficiency in French as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

• Passion for data and numbers

• Good proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciated

• Accountability / Administration studies is preferable, bachelor level minimum

• Professional experience (including internships) in a B2B Saas start-up as a billing admin will be valued

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets

• Enthusiastic and passionate

• Strong interest in the tech environment

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Someone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
