We’ve developed a mobile app for members, but more importantly, we’ve created a complete platform for clubs and studios that provides all the essential tech tools for management and growth, including smart marketing based on trend analysis, clustering, and general data mining.

As an Account manager, you will report directly to the Team Leader Customer Success, the Head of Customer Success & Operations and the founders.


Profil recherché

For our Customer Success Team in Barcelona, client relationship is our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to serve as our main point of contact. Your main task will be (in order of importance) :

  • Owner of the onboarding of your accounts and use our CRM tool to manage your clients and goals (Hubspot)
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any updates
  • Act as the first and main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns, complaints and needs via chat (Intercom), email or phone
  • Follow the process of App creation on IOS & PLAYSTORE
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Be the voice of your clients internally, identify their needs and participate in the creation of new features and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams Marketing & Product and Operations to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction

ABOUT YOU

Languages

  • Fluent in English & French
  • Skills in other languages as dutch, german and others are a plus

Previous experiences

  • Internship or professional experience as Account Manager
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Intercom and Hubspot
  • Previous experience as an account manager is a real plus
