→ Your mission

As a part of the Platform Experience Team (composed of the Tech and the Product teams) and directly reporting to the CPO, you will lead the product marketing function and set the foundation of the Product Marketing at Brigad. 

You will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Kickoff the Product Marketing department at Brigad and then build a team of 1-2 PMM within 6-12 months.

  • Translating Brigad’s positioning into messages that explain our innovative model and product

    • We’re building a new category and we aim to be the leader of it.

    • Our model is a game-changer in the industry and needs to be understood by leads and new customers. 

    • Today our model and solution are explained by Sales or CSM for every new users. 

    • Tomorrow we want to switch to a self-onboarding experience for businesses and talents, so we need the product to be self-explanatory in order for newcomers to understand our model and product without human interactions.

  • Go-to-market

    • The Product Marketing team is in charge of the GTM strategy for new features and new products, working alongside Product Managers, stakeholders (Sales, CSM, Brand, Marketing, …) in order to deliver an impactful GTM strategy that will boost user adoption. (Ex of features: skill upgrade, Brigad coverage program for talents and businesses, …)
  • Product Strategy

    • The Product Marketing team will be in charge of running competitive analyses 

    • As well as building a matrix of Users Personas x Product features (with PM and PrD) to understand where we’re doing good, where we need to improve and what are the blindspots of our value proposition

    • In order to feed the product strategy with insights.

Profil recherché

If you have…

  • Experience

    • 5 years minimum in Product Marketing, with complex products, preferably platform or marketplaces

    • Already been a manager for at least 2 years.

  • Mastery: you have very strong analytical skills

  • Execution: you are reliable and efficient, know how to organize yourself and your team, to help carry out complex projects.

  • Communication skills: you’re able to communicate and convince a very diverse audience

  • Autonomy: you know how to handle complexity and evolve in a fast-paced environment by yourself, and take impactful initiatives

  • Languages: you’re fluent in English and in French.
