As Experience Manager in the CX team, you will be identifying, launching and monitoring key initiatives to deliver a best in class experience at scale.
About the Role
*Collecting insights and develop strategical market insights supported by data
*Identifying root causes of users’ dissatisfaction and bad experiences through data analysis, and
*Benchmarking competitor business data to challenge internal business and processes.
*Outlining new rules and guidelines,
*Quantifying and sharing expected impacts,
*Sharing with teams, iterating, validate
*Launching initiatives (product feature, user rules, user journey, etc.) and monitor them-clearly explain changes from a business and user point of view.
*Making sure supply and demand are well balanced through monthly data analysis and data-driven recommendations.
